What to include in an introduction
Tell us your legal business name, website, headquarters location, primary contact, product lines, brands represented, geographic coverage, minimum-order requirements, payment terms, and any government-contracting experience. Include current certificates or program information only when they are relevant and verifiable.
What we expect on a live request
Quotes should identify the manufacturer, part number, unit of issue, price, lead time, freight terms, quote validity, and known exceptions. If stock changes or a ship date moves, we expect prompt notice. We give our customers direct answers and need the same from our supply partners.
Suppliers must comply with applicable law and the terms of each purchase order. Product origin, warranty, traceability, shelf life, and authorization requirements vary by order and must be supported when requested.
Teaming and opportunity discussions
Manufacturers and contractors may contact us about a defined public-sector opportunity. Include the customer, expected scope, procurement stage, schedule, and the role you have in mind. We protect business information with appropriate care, but do not send controlled or classified information through the website.
