A purchase does not end when the order is placed. GAREN INDUSTRIAL helps customers confirm status, prepare for delivery, and resolve shipment problems with a clear record of what happened.
Requesting order status
Provide your organization name, purchase-order number, GAREN quotation or order reference, and the item in question. We will check the latest supplier acknowledgment and shipment information. Estimated dates can change until the carrier has the freight, so we identify whether a date is scheduled, shipped, or delivered.
Preparing for delivery
Share receiving hours, appointment rules, dock limitations, liftgate needs, inside-delivery needs, base or campus access instructions, and the name of the receiving contact before shipment. Large equipment and palletized orders require more planning than parcel shipments.

- Keep packaging until inspection
Damage, shortage, or wrong product
Report the issue as soon as it is discovered. Include the purchase-order number, affected item and quantity, date received, carrier, tracking or pro number, carton labels, packing slip, and clear photos. Note visible damage on the carrier delivery record before signing when possible.
Do not discard damaged product or packaging until instructions are provided. Some carrier and manufacturer claims have short reporting windows.
Returns and cancellations
Return eligibility depends on the item, source, condition, timing, and purchase terms. Custom, configured, hazardous, opened, used, or nonreturnable products may be excluded. Obtain written return authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns can be refused and may not receive credit.
