Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions we hear most often from government buyers, prime contractors, and supply partners. If your requirement has special terms, send the complete request so we can answer against the actual purchase.

Who can buy from us?

We serve federal, state, and local agencies, public institutions, government prime contractors, and commercial organizations. The buying method and terms depend on the customer and requirement.

Do you accept government orders?

Yes. Send us the product list, quantities, delivery location, and required date. We will confirm availability and return a written quote with pricing and delivery information.

What products do you supply?

Common categories include facility and MRO, office and technology, safety and PPE, janitorial, industrial equipment, storage, material handling, and hard-to-find commercial products. Our products page has representative examples.

Can you source a specific brand or part number?

Yes. Provide the complete manufacturer name, part number, description, quantity, and any authorization or traceability requirement. We will research current availability and respond with what can be supported.

Do you offer equivalent products?

When the request permits equals, we may identify an alternate by manufacturer and part number. The buyer decides whether the alternative meets the requirement. We do not silently substitute.

What should I include with a quote request?

Include item descriptions, part numbers, quantities, unit of issue, acceptable brands, delivery location, required date, response deadline, and the applicable terms or solicitation.

How long does a quote take?

Timing depends on the number and complexity of items and how quickly sources respond. Complete requests move faster. Tell us the real deadline and we will confirm whether it is workable.

Can you help with a hard-to-find or discontinued item?

We can research the market and identify available stock or a possible replacement when alternatives are allowed. Availability, condition, warranty, and traceability can vary, so we state what we can verify.

How do I check an order?

Contact order support with your organization, purchase-order number, our order reference, and the item in question. We will check acknowledgment, scheduled shipment, and tracking information.

What if a shipment arrives damaged or short?

Report it promptly and keep the product and packaging. Send photos, carton labels, the packing slip, delivery record, tracking number, and a count of affected units.

Can an order be returned or canceled?

It depends on the product, source, order stage, and purchase terms. Ask for written authorization before returning an item. Special-order and configured products may be nonreturnable.

Should sensitive government information be sent through the forms?

No. Do not use general website forms for classified, controlled, export-controlled, payment-card, or personal information. Contact us first to establish an appropriate method.

How can my company become a supplier?

Review the suppliers page and send a concise introduction with your product lines, represented brands, coverage, commercial terms, and primary contact.

Have a requirement on your desk?

Send the item list, specifications, quantities, destination, and required delivery date.
